Value Membership of the Bryan Research Transformation Club is designed to address the issues most likely experienced by practices in 2020. As part of the Value Membership, you receive everything in the Basic Membership package, PLUS:

- A customized "Readiness for Change" assessment, where a cross section of your staff are interviewed for their responses to a series of specific questions and the results analyzed to produce a readiness score. (This alone is a $6000 value)

- An analysis of your Top Level (L1) Patient Care Value Stream to understand the current state of operations, the desired future state and the issues stopping the practice from achieving that future state. This results in a prioritized list of projects to complete. (This is a $16000 value)

 

- Practices are under massive pressure to produce not only good outcomes for Patients, but also reams of data to satisfy ever increasing regulatory and financial requirements. It is common in such an environment to have work fragmented and focused on a very specific target - which can easily conflict with other targets and especially with the long term strategy of the practice. We have extensive experience in Virtual Practice Coaching, which for the investment of one or two hours per month can help make sense of the pressures on the practice and produce plans to align efforts to not only achieve them, but also to eliminate overlap and coordinate efforts better. We achieve this with a minimum of one hour per month in a virtual meeting format to keep efforts and initiatives on track. (This is a $5000 value)
